What exactly is a tap card?

An acrylic plate of twelve by twelve centimetres with a chip inside it. That chip holds the web address of your Google review page. Hold a phone near it and the phone reads the address and opens the page. The chip needs no battery and no power, and lasts for years.

Does the customer need an app?

No. Every iPhone from the XS onward and almost every Android reads a card like this straight from the lock screen. Your customer only has to hold the phone nearby.

How long does setup take?

About a day, once we have your business name and your Google link.

Can the card point somewhere else later?

Yes. Send the new link over and the card is switched. That is included for the first year.

What if the card breaks?

If a card fails on its own within twelve months, it is replaced at no charge.
